Guided field trips for schoolchildren in the Ciomad-Balvanyos site
Within the Project „Implementation of conservative management measures in the Ciomad Balvanyos site”, in October 2020 two field trips were organized to the Ciomad-Balvanyos site for 30 school children from Turia and Bixad. The essence of the program was to put into practice the theoretical education, acquired during school programs, so the students had the opportunity to learn about the natural values of the protected area from direct experience in nature.
